Delivery to EU States is not Tax Free, you have to pay the german VAT of 16%,

Delivery Outside EU ( Overseas, f.e. Norway, USA, Australia, New Zealand and more )
is TAX FREE, the german VAT of 16% is cut off. You should have to pay Import taxes and VAT rates from Destination country. ( varies from state to state )
